We want you to love your order! Please review our return policy below:

🔄 Returns (Non-Custom Items)

• We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Email us at Handmade@GoodTalkCreations.com with your order number to begin the return process.
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility (unless we made a mistake).

🎨 Custom & Personalized Orders

• All custom and personalized items are final sale.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items.
• Be sure to double-check all details before purchasing!

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
• If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at Handmade@GoodTalkCreations.com so we can make it right.

🔁 Exchanges

• To exchange an item, return it first.
• Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about your refund status.
• Please allow 1-2 business days for us to inspect and approve your return once received.
• Approved refunds will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• If it’s been longer than 10 days since your return was approved, please reach out.
